No salt butter from grass-fed cows. Also called Clarified butter, the milk fats are concentrated and the solids have been removed, leaving the clear, rich ghee. It has a higher smoke point which makes ghee perfect for searing meat or pan frying vegetables. Very high in fat soluble nutrients.
